If your pet needs regular visits, a weekly or monthly plan gets you a lower rate than booking daily. Get a consistent caregiver your pet already knows, on a schedule you don't have to think about.

Our Policies
Service Hours: 6:00am – 10:00pm, 7 days a week
Scheduling: Please make your reservations at least 24 hours prior to your desired service date. If it is less than 24 hours, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. For same day visits text or call us.
Holiday Services: There will be an additional charge of $10 per visit on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.
Payment: Payment is required . If you think of something else you need us to do while you are away, don’t hesitate to call us. We can bill you later for any additional services.
Refunds/Rescheduling/Cancellations: If your travel plans change and you need to reschedule or cancel please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations before hours of service, no charge. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours to a reservation beginning or after service has begun will be charged in full.
Outside Temperature Policy: For the safety of your pets, when the outside temperature is over 27 degrees or under -5 degrees, we will need to make sure your pets are safely indoors during your reservation.
